Massage

Body, neck and shoulder massage

Before we begin, your therapist asks where you feel tight and how firm you like it. We work with warm oil, long strokes and slow pressure on the knots.

Short on time? The 45-minute neck and shoulder session fits neatly into a lunch break. For something deeper, try the hot stone massage.

Vietnamese head spa

Vietnamese head spa

You lie back on a wash bed with comfortably warm water. We wash with herbal shampoo, press along the scalp, temples and nape, then massage your neck and shoulders before drying your hair.

Good for tense days, restless nights, or simply wanting to be looked after.

Skin care

Facials and body scrubs

Our facial covers cleansing, a light exfoliation, a face massage and a mask. The deep version adds steam and an intensive hydrating mask.

The body scrub uses sea salt or fine-ground coffee to leave skin soft. We do not offer invasive treatments, and we never push products.

45, 60, or 90 minutes

Hands & feet

Foot massage and hand and foot care

Soak your feet in warm herbal water, then enjoy a massage of the feet and calves. Feet that have walked all day will thank you.

Hand and foot care covers cuticle trimming, softening and moisturising, without nail polish.

Common questions

How early should I arrive?

About 10 minutes early gives you time to change, have some tea and talk to your therapist before you start.

Can I ask for lighter or firmer pressure?

Of course. Tell your therapist before or during the treatment and they will adjust straight away.

Can I book a treatment while pregnant?

Please let us know when you book. We will suggest a suitable treatment and avoid techniques that are not recommended.

Do you have treatments for children?

Yes, there is a short kids' menu (hair wash and a gentle foot massage) for children with an adult. See the Prices page.

Can I shower after a massage?

Yes. Every room has fresh towels; if you would like a shower, mention it when you book.
